Airbus A310 - TAROM
TAROM (Transporturi Aeriene Romana) is the national airline of Romania. The airline was founded in 1954 and operated a mix of Western and Sovjet-built aircraft. In 1990 TAROM started a modernisation program to enable it to compete with foreign airlines operating to Bucharest.
In 1992 the airline purchased two Airbus 310 aircraft and a third one was added in 1994. The aircraft on the picture is approaching Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
